"The room was dirty and sticky bathroom counter. The hot water for the shower didn’t work and the towels felt like sand paper. I ended my stay early and it was difficult doing so having to go through Expedia and then wait for hotel manager approval. The hold is still in my card and I’m sure they’ll charge me for the entire stay when I only stayed 1 night due to how poor the experience was. Don’t do it it’s not worth saving a dollar."

"The stay was really wonderful except for a few things. 1) The floor plate between the bathroom and the hallway was too high for my mom to get her wheelchair to roll over it by herself. It seems like this should not be a problem in a room specifically for handicapped customers. 2) The lounge chair and footstool was dirty or at least stained w/what looked like a cigarette hole burned into it. 3) Surprisingly, none of the premium channels (Netflix, Prime. etc.,) were offered.
