The staff was no really attentive with my requests. The room was not clean and they come just one time to do the general cleaning, the towels where to small and only one time they replaced them. Only only one window was able to open fully and was for the very noisy size, I can smell the bathroom and all the smock from the outside bus, I really didn't have a confortable time,plus the location was very dangerous at night! that was most terrible thing.

It’s weird not having a front desk to ask basic questions about town, however, the room was big and cozy, but cero privacy with the bathroom area

Good place to stay with a comfortable bed. Everything in the room worked well, and all the essentials were stocked up. They were very responsive on WhatsApp whenever I had a question, did not hear noises from outside, making it a pleasant stay. The only downside was that the room was fairly hot. I also think it would be better if housekeeping emptied the bins daily rather than only on request, should be standard practice.

The property did not have appropriate cooling. We were provided with a basement room, which was NOT advertised on the listing. It had no cooling apart from a small fan, which did not cool the apartment at all. We did not sleep both of the nights as the room was too hot and could not be cooled. There were a couple of windows but they were at street level, which meant if we opened them, people could see in. It was too hot outside to open the windows.

Mega sauberes Zimmer und Bad, unkomplizierte und umfangreiche Abwicklung, nichts zuviel, nichts zu wenig auf dem Zimmer, es wurde an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht.

Location is close to tram stations and the Zurich HB train station is walkable. There’s also a lot of convenience store nearby as well as restaurants like the Thai restaurant just across the street. The room is cozy and the kitchenette is good for cooking quick meals. Bathroom floor is a bit slippery. Overall it was a good stay.

We had a nice stay at Numa in the top floor suite with balcony. It was a warm week so we were glad to have lots of doors and windows for airflow. The neighborhood is buzzing with bars and restaurants but it wasn’t too late into the night. It’s really more the sound of the train tracks that we were glad to use the ear plugs to soften. Overall, the room was comfortable with basic kitchen needs, convenience stores nearby, lots of restaurants and an easy walk to train station. I would recommend if you are used to a lively neighborhood but not if you are looking for tranquility.

Temp outside was 27C when we arrived. Room was as hot as outside. Then discovered no AC controls; management apparently decides what customers will live with. Hotel provided a fan, which is fine but doesn’t cool the room. Have learned our lesson. Future accommodations will be made with a full service facility where at least we have an opportunity to control our environment. A miserable experience.

The stay was exactly what we needed to explore Zurich. Although it’s small, the rooms had everything we needed and the kitchenette is a real bonus in an expensive city!
