"When we arrived, the receptionist required a piece of ID to confirm my name. She could have been friendlier about it...she was a bit 'cool'. Saw 2 'silverfish' bugs in the bathroom the first night but none after that. Why only 1 hand towel for 2 people? Didn't replace 2 milk sachets the next day. ..."
