"Great property and location. Loved the gym. The only blemish was the hallways were always dirty. They needed a vacuum daily. And the room service was terrible. They told me it would be every second day and then I waited and waited…with nothing. I called and arranged service, was out all day, only to come home with it still not done. Just terrible. It took 3 calls to get my room cleaned. Housekeeping department obviously has a serious problem."

"The address is hidden and with Hmlet with “trying to be stylish spelling” made it difficult for Comfort taxi driver to find. Driver had to go round and round along Balestier road to find. The check in kiosk is useless!!! Staff wasted many duplicate times to do prearrival check in. It then the kiosh does not allow to check in. One thing be CAUTIUOS: it’s a walk up building with NO LIFT! It was not indicated anywhere when we made the booking. And there is only cleaning service once a week in...

"The room was nice, small, but very practical. I loved the bathroom (waterfall showerhead, bidet, etc). Checked out the pool on the rooftop and it was really nice too (didn’t get the chance to use it sadly but everyone who was using it looked so happy). The buffet style breakfast in the morning was PHENOMENAL. The mall next door was super useful and you could fine all sort of restaurants,shops, etc. I would love to stay here again when I visit Singapore."

"The room was amazing. Definitely the best place we had stayed in Singapore. Walking distance to a shopping mall, had a bus stop right infront. The hotel itself was just fabulous. The view from our room was so beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the airport and just a few bus stops away from little India. Quiet and peaceful. Truly had an amazing time there. Would definitely stay here again."

"The bed side lights were not working or switch for them was hidden or not easily seen in my room 10 09 Breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other hotels such as Sheraton port Douglas . No one pointed out the chef making omelettes, No coffee was provided by staff Only coffee I saw was pulled coffee from an urn Not many yogurt options . No signage or inadequate signage for toilets and changing rooms at swimming pool . No buffet dinner available as far as I could see in the evening...
