"Impressive hotel hardware, however no 24 hr lounge coffee offer like many other hotels, there is a strange smell in my room and they did offer an air purifier but no a replacement room, the smell lingers through out my stay. Breakfast is top notch, no room service even thought they have a restaurant in the hotel. Overall, a nice new hotel in a good location but when you look out the windows you would think you're in a third world country. "

"12月和親友住了4天，第1天沒問題，第2,3天晚上10點多11點洗澡，洗了一半沒熱水，向客服反映，説太多人同時間洗澡不夠熱水！！另外，隨房卡有一張清潔房間的卡，前一天已給職員，晚上回去竟然沒收拾房間，通知職員，雖然有道歉，但樣子有點不爽，語氣亦不太客氣（因為是日班職員出錯夜班職員幫忙拿毛巾來換）。不過這地點十分好，隔壁就是SOGO，在附近找東西吃都很容易，交通也很便利！"

"五樓中間的沐浴間門鎖有點故障鎖不太起來。洗衣機、烘衣機各只有一台，容易和其他旅客使用時間相衝，連帶使等待時間變久。但是住宿地點離火車站很近。"
