"The building and rooms seem to be in need of repair and updating. No handles on some of the drawers in the room, magic marker on the head board, chipped wood on the furniture, one thing blanket on each bed. Loud music late at night from the bar in the hotel. "

"My main complaint was the room smelled like smoke from cigarettes. It was so terrible that even the clothes i didnt wear that stayed in my suitcase the whole time smelled like smoke. My son and I had stuffy noses and he even complained the smell was making him dizzy. We had an entire hockey organization stay at this hotel for a tournament we do every year and sadly i wouldnt recommened it for next year. Hopefully people respect the no smoking rules and the hotel can somehow clean the room to...

"Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. "The problem was the lights in the parking lot shined through my window all night and my room was like it was daytime. I woke up to pee and the room was lit up. Also the eggs at the breakfast spot were terrible "
