"Our room was very inexpensive, so my expectations weren't very high. I noticed there were large cobwebs hanging between the ceiling and the wall above the bed, and the lawn was very overgrown. Other than the cobwebs, the room seemed clean. Still good value for money given how expensive it was, and it was a convenient stop for one night ."

"Room was clean and plenty of room."

"Good complimentary breakfast, perfect location to break up a long trip. For those that have electric vehicles this property is within a short walk to a Evie charge station at Port of Sale."

"Comfortable and clean room, friendly staff."

"We stayed one night and staff were excellent. We had a huge room with a queen bed and lots of space. This is an older style but comfy. Someone’s glasses were left on the bedside table that the cleaners missed and the manager was extremely apologetic about."

"Gym was very poorly equipped. Restaurant was very poor. Very overpriced. Staff were very helpful though"

"Beautiful place. Loved the pub downstairs. Very pleasant and helpful staff. We loved our stay"

So much thought and effort has been put into making your stay comfortable, warm and cosy. The bed was clean, fresh and comfortable, with electric blankets and bedside lights. There was a fully equipped kitchenette with luxury appliances, cutlery, microwave, tea towels and washing liquids available. The bathroom, although compact,...

"Really helpful & attentive staff. Great breakfast"

"Rustic old barn on side, lovely comfortable accommidation on the other side of the barn. Set on a Dairy Farm nice view of the nearby hills. A river runs through the property. Great place to take your dog. A little walk took us to some friendly Camels. Nice Spa bath for relaxtion. Nice breakfast ingredients were provided. Bernie was a friendly host. Late check out was lovely."

"The property was fine except because the title and pictures indicate it is an apartment I thought we had selected a studio apartment with a kitchen. Also we had a power outage for about 4 hours which is not properties fault but they had been notified about it, but did not tell us at check-in. Unfortunately we had not had our breakfast and had to go out. To their credit they gave us $20 to buy coffee etc. The other annoying issue was I had to pay a security deposit of $200 at check-in which was...
