"Room had balls of fluff all over the walls and beds, couldn't shower as it broke when turned on, laundry wasn't available to use as stated in booking it was. Staff was not well presented and rude. Was outside our room 30 minutes before checkout and stayed there till check out. Very disappointed. Won't let me attach photos."

"We.stayed as a couple in the romatic eoom at Hotel 3858. Thia included two fantastic baths which we enjoyed after a full day of hiking. The room was well thought theough, clean and the staff very friendly, eveb offering milk for our coffee and tea."

"Rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained with modern furniture and sparkling bathroom I am very fussy with cleanliness and I haven't picked a single fault yet. Heading back soon for our 4th stay safe to say there are no other places in Sale i would choose to stay. Staff are friendly and great communication highly recommend for both couples and families. Its in a nice quiet location yet very close to the middle of town, with a short drive to the beautiful 90 mile beach."
