"The sheets had hair in them and brown stuff. The shower was not clean. There was no microwave. The breakfast was SUPER cold. The pool was not only cold but not clean. There was water all over the pool floor and hair. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I was not able to check in at 2:30, even though I called a day prior to arriving to ask for an early check in. "Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. "We’ve stayed at this property about once a year since it opened, initially so thrilled for a hotel here. Unfortunately, the property has gone downhill. Holes in the sheets, loose tiles in bathroom, sticky, dusty furnishings and the AC unit rattled and moaned so loudly we turned it off. Breakfast offerings were good.
