"The hotel was clean overall. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary continental breakfast was good. My main concern was safety. A sign at the front entrance said the hotel was not responsible for vehicle theft or items stolen from vehicles, which made me uneasy about parking there. Overall, the friendly staff was a plus, but the parking lot security concerns would make me hesitate to stay again."

"It’s an older property that appears to have been updated at some point in the past. Overall I would only rate it as a 2 star property. Also, not at all a good value for what we had to pay. I would not stay there again."

"Service and food at the restaurant/bar were excellent. Room was very nice. Check in was not welcoming. Housecleaning did not clean our room. A loud train came by twice very early in the morning. More coffee should be made and ready in the morning."

"The water was shut off for about one hour and we were not told anything about it. We had to use our bottled water to rinse out the shampoo in our hair. That was a huge disappointment. We were getting ready for a concert and had zero warning until we asked"

I suspect it was from general humidity and the A/C in my room which was the old kind of wall unit that drew air from the outside and probably had a bit of condensation. I doubt that anything could have been done about it, but it was annoying. There were only 10 channels on the TV - no HBO or movies offered.
