"I came here to visit the universities, and the hotel forgot to clean my room. I mentioned around noon that they should clean it before my second tour, which was at 5:00 PM, but they still didn’t do it. I was very frustrated; the customer service was poor, and the reception staff were unhelpful when it came to assisting customers. The supervisor was unable to resolve anything, and the manager was completely absent. I do not recommend this hotel."

"It is a really beautiful hotel and the room was well-appointed, but it is in serious need of a refresh, and it wasn't the room we booked. We got in very late, and the situation was handled satisfactorily by the next morning, but there was no explanation of how our reserved room ended up given to someone else.
