"Room was not cleaned during our stay. On Saturday I mentioned this to the staff at the desk and they ASSURED me the room would be cleaned. Nothing done. For the price I paid per night, close to $1000 I should expect better. Not acceptable! Especially for a room a I paid for in advance almost 1 YEAR AGO IN FULL. Refund due accordingly!! Please review!"

"There were roaches in my room. They changed me to an upper floor and upgraded my room but there were still roaches. Did not like the hotel but the staff was very nice and professional."

"This is minimalism in a place to stay. My first experience with a"Tru" so I didn't know what I was getting. For example, there was there was no closet in the room--you have pegs on the walls and pipes for hanging clothes. The housekeeping is every other day! The floors are "luxury vinyl" and the light fixtures are industrial grade. Pets are permitted (a bit of a shocker ). It is a newer property which masks some of its limitations.
