"Had a great stay at the Best Western Lancashire Manor Hotel recently. It’s a really convenient base if you’re visiting the North West – just off the motorway, with plenty of parking and easy to find. "Very short stay (one night) and very last minute! However, they accommodated and were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful - very spacious and a gorgeous bathroom - the best power shower i've ever used!! Also - the bed was SO COMFY. Thank you. "

"Had a lovely night stay , was late checking in just after 11pm , was welcomed by staff member who was very professional, he offered to carry our bags up to our room , showed us how things worked in the room eg the aircon /heating panel . "The victoria lodge was very conveniently located in the village, there was good but limited parking. The room was compact but clean and usable. Breakfast was excellent and throughout the staff was very helpful and attentive."

"Im from wigan originally we came down for my neice wedding it was hood that my family came into the pub and we had a few drinks. We had breakfast on Sunday morning and it was the best weve ever had. The staff were friendly & helpful The rooms could so with a bit of TLC apart from thay excellent weekend Definitely stay again next time down in wigan "
