Head there by foot or car and find a range of amenities as well as spectacular beaches, clifftop paths, and the historic Whitby Abbey. If you are a group of keen walkers, there is an abundance of walking routes through the Esk Valley including the superb Cinder Track, winding along the coast between Whitby to Scarborough.
