Penny Hedge, Whitby by Marston's Inns
"Lovely clean rooms. Very quiet, despite a road being close by. Food was excellent and a wide range of options at really reasonable prices. Staff were really helpful, the guys at the check in, bar and restaurant could not have been more attentive. A great find and we shall return."

Saltmoore
"We love it here. The local area and surrounds are stunning. The hotel and grounds are lovely, the rooms have comfy beds and pillows. The staff are very warm, friendly and efficient and the food onsite, very delicious. Thank you for another wonderful stay."

Dale View Cottages
"The room was very small and the bed was a small double which again is small. That been said shower was very good and the location was good I clearly got it wrong as I thought we were getting what now looks like the cottages and not a room. That was my fault and not the owners"

"We (4 siblings and 3 partners) spent a very enjoyable 4 nights at Larpool Mill. As previous guests have mentioned, the road outside is closed which makes for a very peaceful stay. The garden area is lovely and our only regret is that it was a bit too cold to spend much time outside. There’s plenty ..."

Rainbow Cottage - A home from home in the heart of Whitby
"Loved all the different levels and rooms. The stairs were a good work out. Close to everything and everywhere we wanted to go to. Had everything we needed. All home comforts. Shower works well. Shower cubicle very snug. Sofa very low. Just needs sofa boards to stop the sofa from sinking too much. ..."
