"The children's bedroom was not clean, under the mattress on bunk bed was months of dust and grime, the carpet hadn't been hoovered. Sweets and rubbish on the floor under the bunk bed. The children safety lock has only 1 bent scew, as a fixing.and hanging off."

"Lovely little gem of a hotel. Within walking distance to everything we wanted. Melaney was lovely and couldn’t have done enough for us. The homemade banana bread in the room on arrival was a lovely touch. Breakfast was superb and there were plenty of options including the option to have takeaway breakfast prepared to eat on the beach. We will be back soon! "

"Room was lovely . However there was lumps of hair on the carpet where it had not been hoovered . no toilet brush in the room . Black bits on the bed . milk splashes on the wall socket and on the little drew the tea was in . VERY hot in the room and hotel . Lovely coffee from the coffee shop . Bath room lovely and clean nice soap and shower gel . Plenty of towels . Lovely helpful staff . Breakfast was ok . Lift dirty . no beach view we had a brick wall for a view . Hotel setting was beautiful...

"We recently stayed at Acqua Beach Hotel in Weymouth and had a lovely experience overall. It’s a nice, small place that feels welcoming and well-kept. The room was very clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. The staff were all fantastic, always smiling, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. "Das gute zuerst: der Strand ist direkt über die Straße zu erreichen und wir hatten das Glück, einen Parkplatz (gebührenpflichtig) direkt vor der Tür zu bekommen. Uns wurde ein Zimmer im DG zugewiesen, zu welchem wir trotz Aufzug noch eine enge Treppe hinauf mussten. Es war dort betörend heiß, es gab keinen Ventilator oder eine Klimaanlage, die Fenster konnten waren nur kleinen Spalt hochgeschoben und konnten nicht bewegt werden, da sie defekt waren."

"Staff excellent, room ok , breakfast very nice. The host, Dean was unhelpful and obstructive when a big carrier bag filled with , crisps, popcorn, biscuits and chocolate was “ mistaken “ for rubbish and removed from our family room without a clear explanation. A refund of the cost was offered but I said thank you but refused as it was the principle of the matter as we were there for two nights and this was the first day. If we had checked out and left the premises it would have been obviously...
