"Honestly, it was just an overall great stay - top to bottom. Staff were amazing, helpful and easy to chat with. Quick to offer information and assistance. Thing is wouldn't have even known about, like having a fender telecaster delivered to your room for some downtime nooddling. But the room was also great! Very comfortable, lotsa space, I had an incredible stay tbh. Hot tub was outside, which was perfect and we had some excellent cocktails down in the *speakeasy. (of sorts anyway lol). Highly...

"Was a quick one night stay but the hotel was cleaning. Had nice aesthetic and hotel staff was nice and helpful"

"Ggg"

"everything was amazing"

"Our problem was the bathroom. They raised the floor making the entrance to the bathroom hazardous( easy to trip over), Bathroom counter is the lowest we have ever encountered. Bathroom sink and vanity dated. Sink didn’t drain properly. Curtains dated and part off track. Poor lighting. Linens good Bed comfortable. Door into suite dated and needed painting."

"The staff are friendly and helpful having breakfast included. The room was warm however the room was old in appearance and needs upgrading, only one elevator working."

"They need to fix the ac, bathroom, tissue box and need to use proper room fragrance. There was no exhaust in the bathroom."

"Great room, spacious and very comfortable. Amazing bed. Good location and great staff."

"Check in was very slow. Only one employee at the 4:00 P.M. check-in time. They were interrupted by another employee for a long conversation while customers waited. We were told that room service was every other day. We stayed three nights and never had room service. We called down on the third day at 4:00 P,M. and requested missing items, which were delivered an hour later. The included breakfast is under staffed. The one employee worked very hard, but could not keep up."

"Nice and clean"

"Great value for cost. Bed was comfortable. Unit was clean, smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Some dishes but some were missing. Kettles did not work. I have to say what gave it such a great rating was the helpful staff and it was so quiet as the traffic slowed right down overnight!"

"Rooms were clean.. staff at pool were not friendly. Breakfast at Shelley very good. Hot tub was good. I wish the slide was working more. It was shut down Sunday afternoon and still not on when we left Monday at noon"

"Need to retrain staff and management. Unclean"
