" Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. "

"Fantastic week-long stay with my spouse and two dogs in October. Very clean house, large updated kitchen, nice updated bathrooms, front porch for sitting and enjoying river views, and the neighbors waive when they drive by! Friendly community who is welcoming to short-term renters—had so many conversations with locals. Enjoyed the easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and pier. Rented a golf cart to get around which was so much fun! Really quiet area which was exactly what we wanted.Host...

"This Vrbo home was in a beautiful location which allowed for a nice and relaxing stay. The home was very clean and decorated well to create a very home-like and comfy atmosphere. The host provided fishing tackle, paddle board and small boating options to utilize on the pond, firewood, and even s’more’s supplies for us to make over the fire.
