"The room smelt like dogs. I was in 163 B which is right near the entrance and guests smoke right past the entrance door andi in the hallway. Kids were running and very noisy. "So booked a room with spa tub. It didn't work told front desk and they said I should of said something at 1am. We had our 2 year old. I did not want to deal with the staff all I asked back was the difference between a room with vs without a tub. They never even checked nor have I gotten a phone call. ..."
