"Very friendly staffs, nice breakfast and spacious room. However the kichen and room should be clean carefully. I brought my toddler granddaughter during this family trip. My husband and I saw like ants & bugs near kichen area and table too. So we let the reception desk it. The staffs solved this issue so quickly and very nicely. So I thank the all staffs. We were changed the room. For the next guests and the reputation of Hilton, the keep cleaning is the priority. Thank you."

"The Hotel is kinda hidden so I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. It is getting renovated but the hallways aren't yet. Rooms were nice but we all had problems with there beds. Just couldn't get comfy. More lights around the building would probably do a lot of good cause it gets dark "

"Grounds need to be kept better. Lots of cigarette butts in parking area. Bathroom door did not close properly. Walls need cleaning where insects were killed and not cleaned. No ice machine for overnight guests. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean."

"Breakfast was mediocre, rooms looked like red roof, nothing compared to what’s advertised & obviously a high theft area. Cameras outside weren’t plugged in and no one was able to assist me"

"Not quite sure why we had to pay for parking, most other hotels on our journey across the east coast did not require that. Not very clean. TV didn't work, when my daughter called to try to figure out how to fix it she was told it was broken and we'd have to change rooms. Why were we placed in a room with a broken tv? Best I can say, it was servicable."

"The TV didn't work, the wifi was in and out, property basic upkeep was deficient including plugs, lighting fixtures pulling from wall. The shouwer handle also pulled out from the fixture which a simple tightening of a set screw would have solved."

"No nonsense at a reasonable rate. No frills. 24/7 pull up, walk in, ID, cash/card, $4 key deposit and you’re good to go. Book online if you want and they don’t give you a hard time. Lots of local places will give you all kinds of a hard time because you wanted to save money by booking with the third-party app, etc. These guys don’t. The rate is always pretty reasonable either way. They do sell out on weekends or holidays/local events. We have stayed here several times and find it more...

"The staff told me to ask someone else to refill the coffee station in the lobby. Please don’t play ping pong for refilling the coffee. I am a customer, I am not responsible to ask around for coffee refilling. Just refill it please and be professional "
