PERFECT PLACE FOR CHILDREN! You Will Be Able To Work Directly With Owner. We Want To Make Staying In Our Home The Best Possible Experience From Start To Finish.
This beautiful, relaxing, ALL ONE LEVEL town home is one of the newer Coral Ridge properties. The CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND and picnic tables are adjacent to this town home! You will be able to walk to the TWO LARGE POOLS, (just one Pool is heated Nov-Jan) 2 HOT TUBS, Clubhouse, fitness center, ping pong table, showers, and lounge.

We have nice seating and tables on the backyard courtyard and a WEBER bbq for your cooking enjoyment!
Our home is professionally furnished and everything is clean and fresh. Each bed has total comfort in mind from the mattress to the down comforters. Each room has been tastefully decorated and staged for your maximum comfort.
Some of the amenities of the house are: 3 SMART televisions with RoKu and many apps, DVD players, high speed internet, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, washer and dryer, master bedroom with a king bed walk in closet, master bath with soaker tub and shower, bedroom 2 with queen bed, bedroom 3 with two bunk beds full on bottom, twin on top that is designed for youth. (sleeps 6) All have luxury bedding. Two car garage, alarm clocks in each bedroom with radios, desk/office space. Games galore, and books and puzzles.

If you enjoy golfing, we are right next door to Coral Canyon Golf Course. Access to golf paths are just up the street.

There is also a stocked fishing pond just adjacent to the Coral Ridge Community where you can enjoy fishing right out your door.

Check-in was easy and the place was so spacious and clean. Had the most comfy master bedroom bed I've ever slept in. The water stayed nice and warm through all our showers, and we loved the fireplace that warmed us in the mornings. My kids loved the board games. The host was patient and communicative in our interactions. Our stay was awesome and we definitely recommend this rental!

Incredible property, just as advertised. Clean, well-stocked, very accessible, with the bonus of an attached garage to pull into. Quiet neighborhood close to the city amenities, and with two pools & two hot tubs a block away. Check in & out were simple, and we really enjoyed the stay there. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Home in Southern Utah

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this vacation home in Southern Utah. We loved having a garage to keep our mountain bikes safe. The home was very spacious inside and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a keypad on the front door and garage door. The pools and hot tubs were very nice and a short walk down the road. Staying here made for a wonderful Spring Break!

Concert Quick trip

We stayed here for a weekend and brought my parents along for a show at Tuachan. The townhouse was super clean and inviting. The single level was a plus for the parents. It’s close to restaurants and just outside of the busy parts of town. We would stay here again.

Exceptional Stay

Wow! What a beautiful home. Well organized, clean, and fully stocked with everything you could need. The property was so spacious. There were 8 of us. 4 adults and 4 children, we were there for a week and no one felt like they were on top of each other. It's also very close to local stores to pick up anything additional you may need. The pool and club house was clean, it's within walking distance of the condo. The park is outside the door, you can see your children from the patio area. The pond is also very close if you have anyone in your family that enjoys fishing. My son loved it so much. We had an amazing time in the area. We visited Sand Hallow and Mt. Zion. The only thing I would mention is that the driveway does have an incline. We had several utvs on trailers so that was tricky but we were able to make it work, We got in pretty late and Jane was super responsive and able to help. If you are like me your going to read all of the reviews.. save your self time just book it! All of them are true, it is a really exceptional place.
