"Our family spent the week at this nice comfortable home for Fall break. This was our first visit to this area and hope to visit again. The rooms at this quaint chalet were clean and decorated beautifully. The hot tube was clean and was a nice addition after a long day of outdoor activities. It was very thoughtful having extra towels available when using the hot tube. We enjoyed the fire pit sitting around the fire while the young ones ran around in the yard. "This home is relaxing, cozy, and wonderful. Family of four plus our dog and this was the perfect space for us. You also cannot beat the location - short drive to Boyne Mountain, Kiwidinok farms, and grocery store, etc. Rob and Desiree were incredibly welcoming and fantastic hosts. They offered several recommendations re places to go and things to see. We would love to stay again! "

"We had such an amazing time at Cabins on Maple River. The cabin and property are absolutely stunning. The balcony over looking the river was so relaxing and peaceful. We did have a few very minor issues like the front bedroom bathroom sink was very clogged up but in a half hour i had it pkungered out and draining fine. The lights in the upstairs hallway were burned out so i bought some new ones and took care of that. Someone staying before us unpaired the remote for the back bedroom took a while...

"We instantly regretted only booking 2 nights once we stepped into the room. Should have stayed the full 4 nights here in the area. Everything is super clean. Everything neatly organized and easy to find. And by everything, I mean the host and hostess have probably prepared EVERYTHING you could ever think of as needed, and there are also a lot of EXTRAs. Bottoms line: perfect reclusive home-away-from-home experience. if you are in the area, definitely check them out."
