  • Welcome to our Happy State! Everything you need for that "home away from home" experience, plus a Hot Tub, Pool Table, Arcade, and Board Games to keep everyone entertained. Also set in a perfect location to explore the city and outdoors!

    10 mins - Boyne Mountain Resort (Ski, Waterpark, Zip line, SkyBridge, Golf)

    - Accommodation & Amenities:

    1700 sq ft home with an open floor plan and bedrooms on second floor. Recently renovated with a clean, inviting atmosphere.

    First floor includes a Pool Table, Arcade (Ms. PacMan & Galaga), 75" and 43" TVs, large sectional and bean bag, and dining table that seats 8.

    Full-size kitchen with basic necessities for meal preparation.
    Remember to bring your own ingredients for cooking.

    Backyard deck leads to large pergola with an 8 person Hot Tub

    Essentials provided include towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper.

    -Sleeping Arrangements (Bedrooms Upstairs):

    Bedroom 1 - King bed
    Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with extra stored Twin if needed
    Bedroom 3 - Bunk Bed with Queen bottom and Twin XL top
    Living Room - Sectional converts to large bed

    - Bathrooms:

    First Floor - 1 Full Bathroom
    Second Floor - 1 Full Bathroom

    Guests should bring personal toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrush. We do provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but you might prefer your own brands. Outdoor Space:

    - Pet Policy:

    Though we love all animals, we allow 1 dog per stay for an additional feel. Dog must be trained and stay off of all furniture during the stay.

    - Guest Access & Parking:

    Full access to entire home, driveway and yard. Garage is not accessible.

    Ample parking in driveway and on the street.

This is such a great place to stay! Roomy, comfortable, very clean, and a great place to spend time with friends. We enjoyed walking to downtown to enjoy places to eat/drink as it’s very close. When it was time to head back we were able to enjoy the many amenities offered. Playing pool was great, very clean and sizable hot tub, and a cozy couch to watch tv. 10/10 would recommend.

My family rented this property for a lacrosse tournament in the area. It was very clean and we loved the pool table. Would love to stay here in the warmer weather when we can really enjoy the area as it seems to be within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Carlos was a great communicator! The home is very nicely updated and well maintained. It’s in a great location - close to downtown BC and a short ride to Walloon lake and Petoskey. It was perfectly spacious and cozy. There were only three in our party but it could accommodate more guests comfortably. We hope to visit again.

This place was great for us and our pups. It was walking distance to the vibrant downtown area of Boyne City and only a short drive to a nice sized dog park. Charlevoix was a reasonable drive away for access to the pedestrian Wheelway for walking and biking. The house was neat and clean and well supplied with everything we needed. We will keep this one on our short list next time we come to the area.

Great boyne get away!

This spot was the perfect location for a snowboarding vacation! The house was very cute and cozy, exactly what we were looking for when booking our trip!

Perfectly located in downtown Boyne. The home was everything we needed for our group of 5. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. The home was impressively cold with the window units. We loved the gaming area during our down time. The hot tub was hot and clean! Finally, the host was amazing! Carlos had great check in details and checked in with us during our stay. I highly recommend.

Great spaces for hanging out/eating. Kids loved the arcade games and hot tub (plan to bring extra towels)! Location was nice - easily accessible to downtown BC.

Water Park

It was a 10 minute stay from Avalanche Bay Waterpark. We enjoyed our stay! Hot tub was a very nice experience!

The house was very beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for our family of six. Kept the kids entertained with the pool table and arcade machine. Would definitely recommend if in the area and we will be coming back in the future. Hot tub was awesome after long days of skiing

Perfect Spring Break Trip

Perfect location, comfortable, cute house excatly as described, hot tub was relaxing, we all had a great time with the amenities on property, and Carlos was great at communicating.

This place was very nice and very well kept. The place was very clean . It was nice house to stay at plently of room for a family. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub. Thank you for such a great stay.

Fun Getaway

We had a great stay! The first thing I noticed was how CLEAN the house was kept. We loved the hot tub and pool table! Great location and with lots of amenities. Highly recommend and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay…. close to downtown and the beach. The host was more than accommodating. We had all we needed for our week stay. We were there over a very hot week and the window air conditioning made our stay very comfortable. The large TV and pool table were a big hit. I totally recommend staying here.

Location was perfect, walking distance to town and restaurants close by. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 and didn’t end up using 3rd bedroom as my kids preferred to sleep in the bunks. Beds were comfy. They enjoyed the pool table and arcade game. Huge TV in living room. Would visit again!

Hot tub was nice to have but defiintly wasn't filled enough or seemed the cleanest, pool table was nice to have it is an updated spot, was informed last minute that previous guests had broke the top bunk luckily we didn't need that bed but if we were planning on filling every bedroom like we hoped that was a little frustrating otherwise everything else seemed clean and quick responses.

I spent my 60th birthday enjoying this place. I haven’t ever seen snow and I had the most amazing time. The location and everything around was just perfect. The place has every thing you need a hot tub, an arcade game machine and a pool table. Watch many nights watching the snow playing games and then just enjoying the beautiful scenery. Carlos is an amazing host. Any questions or concerns you have he answered right away please book this place to stay. You definitely won’t be disappointed. Sue and George ❤️

Perfect Northern Michigan Stay

The property and house were clean and Carlos was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. It was close to grocery stores and only about 20 minutes from Petoskey. We also really enjoyed the time we spent at the house. The hot tub easily fit 6 adults, the kitchen was large with ample counter space, the large dining room table made meals easy to enjoy and was great for board games, and the pool table and arcade games gave us fun activities to do during our downtime.
