Country lane Today, this narrow, dead-end, road forms an access road to scattered houses and farms on the eastern side of the middle Gwyrfai valley. In the past, it also served a number of minor slate quarries as well as the Moel Eilio iron ore mine.

Staff were really helpful & friendly. Checking in went smoothly. The staff in the spa were also lovely. Room wasn't very clean, dirty hand prints on the shower doors, dirty walls in the toilet. But apart from that we did have a wonderful stay. Breakfast was plentiful & fresh. Would definitely come ...
