Girls Trip

We loved our stay and would HIGHLY recommend this property. It felt like we were on Fixer Upper- the decor is lovely it’s very roomy and clean. We will stay again if we come back 😊 thanks for a wonderful weekend

Charming home

We loved our stay here. The house is so charming, very clean, decorated beautifully and spacious. Right down the street from all of the restaurants and close to Magnolia. We will be back to stay when visiting our girls at Baylor.

Waco Wonderful

This little gem of a cottage is handy to Magnolia, shopping & restaurants. The home is clean, bright and appointed as indicated in listing. We would stay here if back in town.

We really enjoyed the Uptown Bungalow. The bed were super comfortable. The living space was perfect. Loved the front porch. The coffee shop across the street made the best cappuccino and the house was super close to the Baylor stadium and nearby shopping. The host was constantly in contact with us to ensure a easy stay. Overall great experience.

The house was a great location as a central point for things around town. It had plenty of space and was full of charm. The only slight negative is the driveway is narrow and has a little drop , however the host have an option to park next door which worked out great.

Nice house

Really cute house close to downtown and shops and restaurants. Was clean and comfy. Close to road so could hear cars frequently at night and in morning. Overall a great stay!

Amazing, Charming Bungalow!

Wow. This house was so charming. Loved the decor- the mix of vintage and new. Clean, cozy, Great communication, great location. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay!

The home is definitely a little older but it is quaint! Driveway is extremely narrow. Check-in / out was easy & beds were comfortable!

Beautiful home and short drive to everything

The house itself is lovely and extremely clean. Communication with the manager was easy and the response time was quick. We loved checking out all Waco has to offer and we were pleasantly surprised how close the house was to everything we wanted to see. We also enjoyed the coffee shop and pub that was across the street.

Good Stay in Waco

This is a cool house, very spacious, a lot of character and well appointed. Our only issue is there is a noticeable amount of road noise as there is a fairly busy road out front. It is not terrible, but it is a factor. However, the hosts were very communicative and great to work with!

Baylor vacay

The property was as pictured. There was ease of communication with the property manager and the check in process was seamless. The parking was tricky because of the very narrow driveway but luckily the owner of the business next door allowed us to park in his lot, as long as we parked next to the wall. The road noise was only a minimal issues and was drowned out by the AC units.

The couch and living room chairs were dingy and I didn’t want to sit on them. It was our worst vrbo experience to date. We won’t be back to this property.

Not suitable and we didnt even stay there after all

We arrived at the property to meet a friend that was staying with us. When I saw the property, I was very disappointed. The house did not look like the pictures inside and out. The stairs were beginning to rot and the porch was dirty. The cleaners were there, and we had planned to return after they finished, but when we looked inside, it was a no for us. The couch was nasty looking. I have stayed in many VRBO properties around the country, and this is the first time I was totally disappointed. We had to scurry to find a hotel room, so we didnt properly make contact with the manager. I have been in contact with her to resolve this issue, but WE DID NOT EVEN STAY THERE. I suggested to the manager that she should have the property inspected and cleaned and repaired before renting it again.

Galentines Trip

This vacation rental was perfect for a girls trip to Waco. We loved staying in the heart of town and being close to so many great tourist options. Check-in/out was a breeze, the hosts were helpful as needed. Would definitely stay again in the future.

This house is very spacious and comfortable. The living room is very relaxing to unwind with your family. Cute neighborhood and close to fun coffee shope, bar and restaurants. We will stay again for more Baylor games!

Adorable Bungalow!

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable bungalow! Between the comfy beds, wonderful location and the cute decor and design - we wished we could have stayed longer! :) We appreciate the great communication with the hosts and highly recommend this great place.
