Santa Chiara Hotel
"The rooms appear much larger in pics. The ac was cool, not cold. Our toliet seat was cracked and kept coming off. The hotel is at the transportation hub. Needed darkening curtain in our room to block out street lights and noise. Only had sheer curtains.. The people were great. Fix the minor things ..."

Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal
"Bed was very hard to sleep on, it’s old spring bed so didn’t get a good night sleep, it’s an over priced hotel to be honest.. breakfast wasn’t that bad for the 2 nights. They don’t give much toiletries when needed you have to ring them.. air conditioner wasn’t give enough cold air and bathroom door ..."
