Our door handle was broken, we informed the staff and nothing was done. The restaurant on the rooftop was at half capacity but there was an hour wait. We were on the 8th floor, and the windows were so thin that we could actually hear car radios like we were in the car with them. I will never stay here again, this was probably the worst...

"Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!!"
