"We loved staying here. We have had the best experiences with Drury.Great breakfast with many options to pick. Also great Kick-back small meal at dinner time. Clean room, wonderful staff, quiet and convenient location to the Columbus Zoo. They originally gave us a king bed, when we requested two queens. Was traveling with my daughter. They corrected that once we informed them our room wasn't correct."

"Well about this place. If you need it to just sleep this place is perfect. The pool and hot tub are open till 10.
There is no kitchen. So if you want breakfast or room service go else where. There a sign at the front desk no morning breakfast. Sign look like it been there a while.
How ever the bedroom get cold I had it to 63°. Hot water with good water pressure. The bed side light stands plug ins did not work. So just in case bring a long cord you might need it. The actual curtains do not...

We call the front desk for additional towels and were advised we had to go into the hallway and look for a room service person in order to request towels. The fire alarm went off at 5 am due to a toaster burning. "The staff was attentive and nice at check in. The only reason I rated it a 3 was the air conditioner did not work properly. I called the front desk and reported it. I was told there was one room left that we could move to, but we were already dressed for bed, or they could have a maintenance man look at it the following afternoon. We were only going to be there for one night."
