If you are looking for a vast haven of peace for this summer, this beautiful villa located in Cannes will have no trouble charm you. With its 4 spacious bedrooms, its vast green garden and its swimming pool offering a breathtaking view of the sea, this residence will offer you all the calm to which you aspire.

This large villa also has many facilities for children as well as an annex bedroom for groups of large friends. It can accommodate up to 9 people looking for nature and serenity. Carefully furnished, the house has many advantages:
- a large swimming pool
- a garden rich in fruit trees and greenery
- games for children, including a slide and a small wooden hut
- upstairs terrace with soft armchairs, tables and parasols

Overall a lovely holiday, the villas itself is large and with a large garden area.The pool area and garden could do with some tlc, but the pool was kept clean. The crickets during the day are very loud and noisy when outside however i understand they cannot get rid of these.The location of the villa was superb very close in the car to get to the coast, we visited anitbes, cannes, monaco. I would recommend this villa for the location. The sea view was also an added bonus.

Villa conforme au descriptif avec un excellent équipement ( y compris pour les enfants en bas âge) , très confortable et agréable .Quelques degrés supplémentaires pour la piscine -qui est restée très fraîche en dépit des températures élevées- nous auraient permis de nous baigner plus volontiers.Tres beau cadre et jardin bien entretenu.Contact sur place disponible et réactive.

Great location and real family house

Nowdays seldon you have places that are most likely used by their owners: this is such a place! Perfectly equipped kitchen with a lot of basic thigs in the cabinet, pool toys, nice decorations etc. Also very good privacy Very nice view and perfect pool area to spend the day. Perfectly maintened tree be the pool if you like shade Huge lecrerc (best in area) 10min away to purchase anything you need. Excellent location. We visited Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Saint Tropez. All of under one hour except saint tropez. We were two families: thee girls sleeping downstairs (each own bed) other adults in main floor, one boy upstairs and other adults upstairs. What we missed: main floor bed room bed was a little bit narrow (150cm?) and no air con in this room. Luckily you can open up windows to two directions during the night

Sehr schöne Lage und perfekter Garten!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ein voran die wunderschöne Lage des Hauses die perfekte Terrasse und der sehr schöne Garten mit Schwimmbad, das von uns häufig genutzt wurde. Traumhaft die Aussicht auf das Meer, vor allem abends, wenn der Mond scheint!

Fantastic house

We were two families travelling with two teenage girls, two 7/8y girls and an almost 2 y old boy. The house was fantastic, well equipped and the garden and pool better than the description and images show. The only drawback was an electrician needing to come due to cable issues in the garden causing the main fuse to swich off. The view over the hills and the Mediterranean was lovely. I would strongly recommend the house!

Great house and location

Had a great stay with my husband and our baby (10 mo). The interior is nicer and more spacious than the pictures, both the living room furniture and outdoor sofa/lounge chairs have been recently upgraded with some very nice pieces. The outdoor area is great, both the terrace, gardens and pool. Nice view of the sea from the terrace. There is a fabulous pine tree by the pool that provides some very nice (and much needed) shade for the hottest part of the day. The location was great, close to both the sea and the quaint villages towards the mountains, and a short drive to grocery stores and bakery. It is a very quiet neighborhood, apart for some renovations finishing up next door. Frederique was very understanding of this and we came to an agreement regarding compensation for the noise. Super fast and easy to communicate with! Overall, great stay!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern den Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Villa sehr genossen. Ausser dem Klavier (auf einem Foto ersichtlich) haben wir alles so vorgefunden wie erwartet. Die Lage, der grosse Garten und die Aussicht auf das Meer ist toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal!

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Villa mit tollem Garten und Pool. Tolle Aussicht.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch für Familien mit Kinder geeignet (viel Spielzeug vorhanden). Toller Meerblick von der Terrasse. Der Garten ist sehr gut gepflegt, der Pool (Salzwasser) sehr schön. Lage auch gut, nur 15 min nach Cannes mit dem Auto.

Charming property!

We stayed at Frederique's villa for 1 week with our three small children (ages 3, 5 and 6-1/2). The initial impression of the house was that of a beautiful, stunning villa. The yard was well kept, the pool was extremely clean, and the house had plenty of space. I was very surprised to find how well equipped the house was! It had toys, games, and crafts for the kids, a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with every utensil, tool, and cook pan we could ever need, an immense number of fresh fluffy towels, hair dryers and bathroom essentials, and even pool floaties and outdoor toys. They had everything. We had an amazing time exploring the surrounding towns in the mornings, and spending the evenings pool side with the children playing. I'd also like to note that whenever we had a question or concern (about the air conditioner, the operation of the security gate, or the heating unit) Frederique and Lawrence were ON CALL and ready and willing to get us an answer or a solution to our concern as soon as possible. They were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. As a side note, my daughter left her favorite blanket at the villa, and by the time we realized it, it was impossible to go back and get it. Frederique has found the special blanket and is going to mail it home to us. As a mom of young kids, little things like this make all the difference, and truly mean a lot when choosing a property to stay at. Thank you Frederique and Lawrence for ensuring that we had a wonderful experience on our vacation! I will be recommending the property to my friends. A truly amazing, centrally located getaway!
