"Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. "

"Private, stunning view from the back porch, and the installations further down the hill (El Colmadito del Abuelo y La Casita del Abuelo) have amazing historical contents on the land and people. Glenda and Laura were incredible and the communication was easy. Would highly recommend for an intimate stay, one that permits exploration of the land and history, and one where you get a taste of the real deal Puerto Rico"

"The property is located in residential neighborhood. It was clean, and ready for us when we got there. The owner was responsive, respectful and friendly. There could have been a few more linens: washcloths, hand towels, potholders and 'starter' condiments like coffee filters and salt/pepper/sugar. Overall, this was an affordable accommodation for our first visit to Puerto Rico. "

"The place was clean and it was pretty good size. It was a little strange though because they lived there so their pictures were on the wall and had plastic on two of the chairs to cover them up and it just weird. The rooms were all locked except the one that they leave open for you the one that has the air conditioner and then you have to get a key for each individual room instead of them just all being open like normal doesn’t make sense why they were all locked up the bedrooms. We had a little difficulty understanding the instructions to get the electric gate to open- didn't realize we needed to go inside the condo to retrieve the remote.
