"My three daughters and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a lovely time. The location is not ideal (20 minute walk to Shinjuku station) but we are fit and didn't find it that inconvenient. "I guess I didn't realize I was walking into a Dinosaur Robot check in situation. Amusing but not helpful. It was not obvious from the booking details that there would be NO humans on the property.
