Excelente relación calidad precio, buena ubicación

Un alojamiento familiar bonito y sencillo con una inmejorable calidad-precio. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas con agua caliente y aire acondicionado opcional. Se encuentra en un recinto de arquitectura balinesa con su propio templo. La ubicación es excelente, a 15 minutos andando del centro de Ubud (Palacio Real de Ubud) y con gran cantidad de restaurantes y todo tipo de locales en la misma calle. Esto último es importante pues debido a la alta densidad de tráfico en las ciudades indonesias en general, si el destino no está lejos se llega antes andando que en taxi. Los desayunos son deliciosos caseros y sanos. Es posible contratar servicio de lavandería, traslados al aeropuerto y excursiones y pagarlos con tarjeta a partir de cierta cantidad. El trato es familiar, agradable y cercano. En las inmediaciones destaco: * Templo Pura Dalem Puri Peliatan, no es de los más grandes, pero es recomendable ver su interior, en la misma calle a 3 minutos andando. * Restaurante casero Mama's Warung a unos metros, uno de los mejores de Bali. * Centro de Ubud donde se ubica el Palacio Real con gran número de tiendas y restaurantes, a 15-20 minutos andando. * Bosque de los monos a 15-20 minutos andando. Un poco más lejos (3-4 kilómetros): * El Museo y galería de Arte Rudana. * El Museo y galería de Arte Agung Rai. * Templo De Los Elefantes Goa Gajah.

Great location, fantastic staff

We stayed at Nyoman Warta for almost 3 weeks. It was the perfect base for us while working remotely - fast reliable wi-fi, excellent breakfast provided every day, and lovely staff. They were very thoughtful at offering us things that would improve our stay e.g. bringing a table to our room when they noticed we were working a lot, moving us to a nicer room when it became available, picking up on our dietary requirements and suggesting other things they could cook for us. Such great service! The rooms are basic but very comfortable, with everything you need, and serviced daily by the staff. Breakfast was consistently good and delicious! We are vegan and were very well catered for. The location is excellent - well within the bounds of Ubud proper, only a few blocks from the centre of town, but the street itself is quiet with little traffic. This isn't luxury accommodation - but it's decent, comfortable, affordable and close to town, and you'll have the loveliest people looking after you!!

Not clean but still good

Arrived to a room with a floor full of dead bugs, I asked them to clean it again and It got a little bit better - but still bugs in corners, behind bed, in bathroom. Otherwise the room is okey for the price you pay. The banana pancakes for breakfast is amazing though and the family is very helpful.

Best hostel in Ubud

Guest house incroyable. Si vous recherchez un endroit pour être proche des locaux, c’est la place à choisir!!! Ils veillent à ce que vous ne manquez de rien et sont a l´ecoute pour vous donner des conseilles. Je reviendrais sans hésiter! Merci pour tout et à bientôt

Hôtel accueillant

Très bel accueil dans cette guesthouse. Avec des hôtes toujours présentes pour donner de bon conseils !! La chambre est simple et spacieuse. Salle de bain avec eau chaude. Le petit déjeuné servis le matin sur notre terrasse est excellent et copieux. La guesthouse est dans une rue calme et vous pouvez vous rendre dans le centre d'Ubud à pied (10min de marche). Une location de scooter est également à disposition. C'était un très bon séjour, je recommande !!

This homestay is affordable, clean and in a good location. I feel at home. The breakfast is so good that you have to try it to believe it! The people are warm, friendly and helpful. I will miss this place.

通りから少し外れたゲストハウス

二泊で利用しました。評価も良かったのでエアコンなしのファンのみの部屋に泊まりました。部屋はとても綺麗とはいえません。この値段ならもう少し良いところに泊まれます。部屋には大きめなゴキブリ、とかげが出ました。写真とは違います。外の話し声がダイレクトに聞こえてきます。蚊が物凄くでます。朝ごはんには満足しました。パンケーキかオムレツか選べます。部屋の外には椅子とテーブルがありそこで食事ができます。植物がたくさんあっていいと思いました。どうしても蚊は出てしまいますが。自分が泊まった場所はバリの日射しが朝からもろに当たるところで、入り口のドアが近く、スタッフや宿泊者の通り道のようでどうやらハズレだったようです。シーツやカバーは交換してあるのですが、枕とベッドがとても臭くて最悪な気分でした。チェックアウトし、ここのスタッフにクタまでタクシーを依頼しました。 2500円と言われていてタクシーと言われる車が到着。支払いが先だと言われ、私は疑問を感じましたが支払いました。その後自分の目の前でドライバーは1000円をスタッフに渡しました。しかもスタッフいわく、ペーパードライバーだそうです。それとなぜか運転手の他にもう一人男が乗ってきました。車内では男とドライバーがしばらく話していてとてもじゃありませんが落ち着きませんでした。その男は後部座席でずっと落ち着きのない動きをしており、私は助手席にいたので荷物を漁られないかと確認しなければいけなく、最悪な移動時間でした。ここはお勧めできません。

Nice family, but not that great hotel

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. First of, Nyomans family were lovely people, not always easy to understand, but nevertheless lovely. The breakfast is amazing, with a huge fruit salad before the "actual" breakfast. We had omelette, which was delicious. And freshly made juice. Unfortunately, the room needs some improvements. The bed was so squeaky that we had to move the mattress down on the floor to get some sleep. The first night with the mattress on the bed, the bed frame actually fell apart. I tried to explain this, but the women did not seem to understand. The air-conditioning worked great, except for some noise. Taking a shower was interesting because sometimes the water just stopped. It usually came back a few minutes later, and was more of a funny quirk than a problem. The linen was not clean and was not changed during our 5 night stay. There is a shared terrace, which was great for socialising. The language barrier was probably the biggest problem, as we did not always understand what was happening. One day we rented a motorbike, and when we dropped by the room to get some food, the women asked for the key to check something on the bike and would be back in 10 minutes. She didn't come back, and neither did the bike. Later we found out she brought it in for a service, which was a little strange.

Breakfast is the best food in Bali

The hotel is well located close to central Ubud, but removed enough that it's quiet. The hotel grounds are really beautiful. The room is basic but clean and nice. The family that runs the hotel can be a bit in your face, wanting to know where your going and what you are doing all the time, it does feel like you have to sneak out of your hotel sometimes, but overall it was a nice experience. The hotel was nice, but the breakfast they serve is the best food we had in Bali! I would stay here again just for the breakfast alone! Big mugs of coffee, giant platters of fruit and your choice of main breakfast dish! We tried everything they offered and nothing disappointing. For the price of this hotel compared to the prices you'll pay to have a decent breakfast anywhere in Ubud, this place is soooo worth it!!!

Magisk frukost

Var ett supertrevligt ställe! Det var rent och fint, väldigt mycket för priset. Men frukosten var det bästa! Stort fruktfat och en underbar omelett som serverades på sin egna altan när man vaknade. De hjälpte gärna till med guidade turer, uthyrning av moppe, massa tips och skjuts. Härligt ställe där du fick vad du betalade för!

Excellent value

Best breakfast in Bali. The rooms are nice and, for the price, very suitable. The staff did try to sell us tours, which, in Bali, is part of the game. Comparing with what other sellers quoted, their prices were very reasonable so I was happy to go with them. The staff, otherwise, was super friendly and welcoming and the level of service, for the price of the room, was excellent. One negative point: the wifi is so slow it can be very frustrating to use, so let's hope they fix that. Would I go back? Very possibly.

Tranquillità e gentilezza in tipica casa balinese

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, atmosfera familiare gradevole, gentile ma non invadente. Colazione fantastica. Unici punti da migliorare un po' sono certi dettagli di comfort nella camera.

Amazing breakfast

The hotel was crowded since most of their rooms are dorm rooms. They originally tried to give me a dorm bed when I booked an A/C private room. I was given the A/C private room, however they double booked it so when the couple who also booked it arrived at 2am they were given a non-A/C room. I then had to switch to a non A/C room for the second night. It was cool enough and the fan strong enough that the A/C was not needed. The room was fine, and the staff were very nice. The best part was the breakfast, both mornings i had an amazing fruit salad and the best banana pancake I had during my four months in Bali.
