"Size and location of property was good, but owner knew the oven was broken since he text me minutes before I was able to check in and did not have it repaired or have an alternative to bake with. We were left with a make due kind of attitude. For the cost, there should have been something there to bake with especially since we were staying 4 nights and a party of 8. Maybe have Amazon deliver a toaster oven?? Owner has not reinvested any of its proceeds to updating or providing decent towels and...

"The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...

"BEWARE! If you are booking through a third party, the fees are NOT the same as what is advertised. And management does not address any issues. Was charged the most that I’ve ever been charged for a pet cleaning fee, and the room had dog hair on the headboard when we checked in.
It’s completely outdated, old TVs, no device charging setups.
It looks as if the last time they put money into upgrades was over 10 years ago.
It is not a good value.
KEEP DRIVING!!!
There are way better accommodations...
