"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

"We had a fabulous stay in one of the beautiful garden apartments. So peaceful and fabulous views to the beach. Apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed as well as finished to a high standard. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel which set us up for the day. All staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Bonus was having the pool during such glorious weather. Will definitely return."

"This house is in a stunning location with amazing sea views. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our weeks holiday. We had adults, an infant and dogs too. It felt spacious enough that we all had our own spaces and the fact there were 4 bathrooms was amazing. The steps upto the house are difficult but so worth it. "

"back of settee collapsed when autistc son on it, i repaired it, but it needs repair it is dangerous. I told sykes NO response very poor. Also implied is 2 minutes walk from beach is 8 minute drive at least. "

"Just returned home after a lovely week’s break at this property. Great location just off the beach at Porth. On arrival, we followed instructions to access building using key codes. No problems getting in. We had been allocated a dog friendly apartment at the back of building on ground floor. Sadly, no view of the beach but we did find it quiet and well suited to our needs. "Amazing place to stay super chilled and calming environment, camp was super quite from 10.30 every night everyone was so respectful to other campers, small issue in the toilet fixed straight away by very happy handy man who was also the man who showed us around our teepee which was super cozy and perfect size for a family of 5 children loved the field space for fun activities overall such a lovely place to stay would definitely go back in the future! "A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches. Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival. Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended. "

"What a super place to stay and a much needed break with teens mid term. The property was easy to find and beautifully clean. Everything had been thought of from a well equipped kitchen to 4 super double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and really comfortable beds. "Beautiful space, tasefully decorated. Host has thought of everything you could possibly ever need during the stay. Lovely to have fresh bread, butter and selection of preserves, and milk. "This little house was just right for our autumn visit. Perfectly located for exploring all our favourite haunts along that stretch of the north Cornish coast. The house itself is very well equipped.m; comfortable, good wifi, well equipped kitchen and the underfloor heating was a treat. Highly recommended. "
