"Friendly staff & easy check in. Older building with upgrades that make it comfortable. Minimal amenities but clean. Motel style entry to each unit (outdoor entry). Close to highway for easy city navigation! Great price."

"The staff is excellent - can’t say enough nice things about them. But they need to fix up the rooms. Sone outlets don’t work. The clock/alarm is with the phone and doesn’t work either. The most annoying thing is that there is no real door to the bathroom. There is a sliding door so to speak which cannot close all the way and part of it slides off the rod from which it hangs and there is no way to lock it. I didn’t see an air conditioner or dehumidifier. No food options or listings for door dash....

"Nice property close to a bunch of restaurants, the only problem is parking is a little scarce but amazing staff especially front desk. I forgot the girl at the front desk’s name but she went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again when in town . "

"We were met with a warm welcome from Naz at the Front Desk. We were also able to get an early check-in. Rooms were clean. Our tub got clogged but maintenance was swift and fixed our issue immediately. We went to Lego land which was only 3 mins away. The Karl Strauss Restaurant was within walking distance and food was great. Definitely recommend and will be back."

"This is a really nice location if you want to have access to the nightlife or go to a Padre’s game since the ballpark is around the corner. Their happy hour is a little expensive, but having a bar and a rooftop pool is a win for a relaxing afternoon."

"Fantastic find in Escondido. I was looking for a reasonably priced room for a concert close by and found this motel. I am so glad I did. It was clean, safe and affordable - and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay again. It exceeded my expectations for sure. "
