"We decided to leave and not stay the night. The room had a smelly odor and didn't appear very clean. There was a bug crawling around in the bathroom. There were stains and rips on the chair in the room. Besides the room, I felt uncomfortable because there was no room key required to enter the vestibule that led to the elevator and no room key required to go on the elevator, meaning that anyone can just go into guest areas. The worst answer from front desk with no shame or regret of this actions and made us wait to recover our clothing's and baggage delaying our ongoing trip."
