This exquisite 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is the perfect getaway for a few days or a few weeks. Whether you’re a swimmer or a surfer, the beach, which is only a three-minute walk away, is a paradise for all. There are miles of white sand beach, some spots with calm waters, others with world-class waves. Some of the best surfing in Baja can be found here along with surfing instructors and board rentals. If hiking or biking is your preference, the mountains to the east offer some of the best trails in the area.

The house sleeps 8 very comfortably. One bedroom features a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and there are two sofa sleepers in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, plates and eating utensils along with a refrigerator, microwave oven, gas range.
The Solar Heated pool includes a large swim up bar, an outdoor bath/shower located next to the BBQ pit. Electrical power for the house is provided by solar panels mounted on the roof.

On-site parking is available in the home’s driveway. The area offers a wide variety of eateries, shops and nightlife. The famous Art and Beer Restaurant is only 2 blocks away. Many more restaurants and cantinas can be found just a few minutes to the north. Cabo San Lucas is about a 45-minute drive south for some rousing nightlife and the charming town of Todos Santos is about a 15-minute drive north. Here you’ll find art galleries, numerous shops and great restaurants.
