"The staff helped me so much the evening I came in. I came from a ways away and was trying to get to get together. For some reason my gps was not directing me correctly. I was so stressed out. I called and your wonderful staff guided me so patiently. I appreciate them so much!! The stay was amazing as well!"

"This was the second time we stayed at the Arctic Club in Seattle. We really love the size of the rooms and the bathroom. There is marble on the bathroom counter, the tile floor is new but traditional looking. the bed is very comfy and luxurious. There are robes in the closet, coffee in the lobby in the morning and complementary breakfast. The fitness room is very well equipped and spacious. Only drawback is the that a block away there is a serious homeless issue."
