Its clean and conveniently located. Parking is reasonable. Adjoining room noise is a concern here as it is with most hotels.

Desde el inicio me recibieron con un cobro de 20 dólares por día de estacionamiento. Entrando al cuarto encontré en la esquina del baño agua sucia. El cuarto nunca se limpió. No tenía toallas. Muy mal servicio del hotel.. pésimo!! Jamás volvería a rentar allí!

Decent view out of my room window... Outside was nasty, trash everywhere on all their property. Right when we got in elevator it smelled like an electrical fire, & same with our room. No screen on window to keep bugs out if you want fresh air. A few spots were missed in cleaning, usually would’ve been acceptable if COVID wasn’t a thing. The pictures make the place look way nicer than it actually is. Very run down & smelly. Customer service was mediocre. Price with all the taxes & fees wasn’t worth it when there are places nearby that are much more clean for the same price range.

The hotel was well located for our purposes (we wanted to go to MoPop and it was a 3-min walk). The room was nice, and clean. The view of the city at night was gorgeous (during the day not so much). But the walls were super thin and we could hear our neighbors talking well past midnight (and again at 6am). I could also hear voices from another floor coming up through the bathroom vent. Also, the parking stalls are really narrow. I’m surprised we didn’t get any dings, there is barely enough room to open your door. With covid being a factor, I am disappointed that they didn’t spread the guests out more so that we don’t have immediate neighbors. That may have solved the noise issue. If you’re a heavy sleeper, this hotel is probably perfect. If not, bring ear plugs because there is no way to fall asleep when you can hear everyone around you (plus the very noisy AC/heating unit fan).

I didn't like the fact that a guest could not have another guest even though other hotels allowed one to do so. This policy needs to be told before rooms are booked and not when you get at the hotel. There was no mention of paying for parking until after paying for the room. The cable channels were very limited.

Because of covid, I was worried that traveling would be unsafe but staying here made me feel physically safe (no delivery past the lobby, multiple locks on doors, underground gated parking with number passcode to open it) as well as covid safe because of the efforts the staff went to for guests.

Staff is friendly. Walking distance to the MOpop museum and space needle. Only complaints are the paperthin walls and the tourism tax that no one mentioned.

Què no li ha agradat: Comoditats
Our stay was during COVID and the property was taking proper precautions however I have stayed at other hotels that were able to provide more services while still taking precautions. We stayed 4 nights with no maid service, we were told due to covid this was not an option even if requested. The hotel looks a bit run down. No food or beverage options other than vending machines. We were taking out our own trash. Perhaps it would be much better in a non Covid time but this felt like I was staying in a very low cost motel.

There was a bug on the ceiling and the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Floors and sheets we’re stained and walls are peeling. Ugly room, they’re charging for proximity to Seattle activities.
