"From beginning to end, Vedana Lagoon Resort delivered the best travel experience we have ever had, and we have traveled to many countries around the world.
The level of customer service is truly next level. Even before our arrival, the team had already opened a WhatsApp chat to assist us, which immediately made us feel cared for and supported.
We originally booked a water villa, but just two days before our trip my wife broke her hand and had to undergo surgery. Traveling with two small children...

"Beautiful! We will rave about our stay to all our friends and family! The check in & out process couldn’t be more simple. Staff on every level were professional top notch. We’d make special mention to the Bell Boys who work tirelessly to carry our luggage from the bottom to the top all the way to our rooms. Big shout out to every single one of you. Thank you."
