  • Esta hermosa villa # 2 tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 1/2 baños, su sala de estar y comedor separados para 8 personas. Está a 15 pies de la piscina principal y jacuzzi. El dormitorio principal tiene su propio baño, terraza y vista al mar. La villa cuenta con muebles contemporáneos, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, mesa de comedor para 8 y encimera de granito en la cocina. Actualizado en enero de 2018. La villa tiene capacidad para 8 huéspedes, que es el máximo permitido según las Normas de la Asociación de Propietarios de Viviendas. ¡¡Sin excepciones!!
    Master tiene cama queen, baño propio y balcón.
    Dormitorio II tiene cama queen
               Dormitorio III tiene 2 camas matrimoniales.
              El segundo baño completo esta arriba.
    Todas las habitaciones tienen su propio televisor LCD.

    La Paloma Beach & Tennis Club es un exclusivo complejo privado que está cerrado con seguridad 24/7. Para su entretenimiento y disfrute en el lugar son
            4 piscinas
            4 jacuzzis
            3 canchas de tenis de campeonato
            4 casas club para reuniones familiares y de amigos (2 frente al mar)

Desde deliciosa comida mexicana como la langosta en el famoso Puerto Nuevo, su gente cálida y acogedora, la vida nocturna, tiendas pintorescas, Ensenada a 30 minutos en coche y el centro de Rosarito encantador a tan solo una rápida unidad de cuarto de milla o un hermoso paseo por la playa 10 minutos. Más de 50 villas para elegir.

         1 rollo de papel higiénico por baño.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location couldn't have been better—it's situated right in front of the pool, making it incredibly convenient to relax or take a quick swim whenever we wanted. The private beach access was a huge bonus, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere just steps away.The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Waking up each morning and being so close to both the pool and the beach made our vacation even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront escape!

Hermoso condominio

Hermoso condominio enfrente de la alberca principal, fue super practico porque venia con mis hijos y asi podian estar todo el dia en la alberca. Super moderna la decoracion y muy maximisado el espacio, muy limpio Y el wifi muy rapido.

Perfect accommodations

Absolutely loved the location! Pool is right outside the door, beach is a 2 minute walk down a set of stairs, felt VERY secure with guards walking at night. I loved being a cheap and easy cab ride from town without the noise and hustle of being right in town. It was never more than a 5 minute wait for a cab. The house was outfitted with all the basics we needed. It was clean, organized and perfect for our large party!

My grandchildren loved that villa is located in front of pool.

I had a lovely time there with my family. The villa is beautifully furnished and clean. The resort is quite and safe. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful Villa

Love staying at the Paloma Villas. My family and I had such a great time! This was a beautiful villa right next to the pool! So convenient, especially with kids. We will definitely be coming back again!

Beautiful space and stay!

La Paloma is THE place to stay in Rosarito! This particular unit was beautiful, secure, well taken care of, well stocked, and right by the pool! Beach was a short walk away, with a club house right on the shore, and gorgeous views in every direction. We felt safe and well taken care of for the entirety of our stay. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back! Thanks!

Amazing Room!

We had an amazing time and the room was perfect! Had everything we needed and was super clean. We will definitely stay here again! The best part was the views and the fact that we had the pool directly in front of us. We could be on the porch of our room watching the kids in the pool that’s how close it was! Highly recommended

Good times

Everything was beyond perfect. The owner placed a dozen of beautiful red roses to congratulate us on our 21st wedding anniversary as we walked in. Wonderful thought thank you. The rental had everything we needed, perfect for us. Right in front of the pool and jacuzzi. We couldn’t ask for more. The owners made our experience memorable. Overall blessed. Will be staying there many more times. Thank you.

Great place and awesome location! Just a few issues....

Received an email at 11:05am stating I should retrieve keys from office by noon.....didn't see the email until the next day! We narrowly missed getting keys as the lady who had them was walking out when we got there. 3 bathrooms total, with only 2 of them having one roll of toilet paper each. You have to pay a $50 (cash!) cleaning fee upon checkout. Also have to wash dishes and take out trash or will be charged another $40! Otherwise, the place was clean, comfortable and very secure. Pool & hot tub steps from your door. Location is perfect with surf breaks right out front! Only a $5 cab ride to downtown. Owner was very responsive. I would stay here again.....and recommend to others!

We have been to la paloma many times this was by far the best and nicest condo. Would love to rent on our next stay.
