"I did not use any of the apartments facilities. At Check-in they stated that staff available 24/7. The apartment was basic. So please dont have any expectation and take facilities with a pinch of salt. You have to pay for laundry. Toiletries were for 1 or 2 uses only. The apartment It was next to the ocean not for swimming. However balcony was not usable due to the smell from Sargusum sea weed. "Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We were a large family group and they always kept us together dining. The chef cooked the fish some of the fisherpeople among us caught to perfection. Have to do more about keeping the birds at bey in the dining room. They were much too aggressive and had too much open access to the buffet presenting potential health concerns.
