"We love this location and have stayed in it many times. This time our room had a funky smell. It was ok as long as we were running the air conditioner. Also there were ants on the table in-between the beds. We reported it to staff, they said they would have maintenance look into it. Other than that, we love this place and will return again."

"The breakfast was actually HOT! What a delight. breakfast spread was good. Pool was small and a bit cold. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, and comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and that's what we got! Elevators were quick and clean."

"The sheets on the bed had a blood spot on the covers. When dining for breakfast someone brought a huge dog in the dining room which I felt was unsanitary. Staff was very polite.Kitchen staff kept food containers full and everything wiped down."

Told front desk again checking out. We also asked cleaning person outside our room if we could have clean towels. He said call front desk. Front desk told us to ask cleaning staff"

"The room was clean, but the mattress was on a wire grid platform and kept sliding on it. Not to mention I banged my knee on the metal. The outside of the property was full of trash. Little of nothing for breakfast. The eggs were all gone. There were some shriveled up sausages as well as a waffle to make. No bagels or muffins or yogurt. Parking was crowded, had to go in back any my key card would not open the door,"

"The room and environment was fine but for some reason on the floor we were on there was a low whining sound that was pretty annoying. Otherwise it was a fine place to stay and would stay again if they fix that problem."

"We had a last minute cancellation of our flight and needed a place to stay close to MKE airport. We found this hotel through Expedia and got a great deal. What we found when we got there is that the hotel was completely remodeled. Everything was new and nice. The staff was polite and friendly. We had to leave early the next morning, so we didn't get to try the breakfast. "Had a terrible terrible experience here…. They threw away the blankets I had to leave because I couldn’t carry them which included my baby blanket I had for 30 years since I was a baby as currently withholding three laptops that I didn’t pay when I did not willing to come to an agreement. This is all for absolutely no reason…. I had to leave abruptly to rush to the emergency room!!! Do not stay here you will get rude service. These people are inconsiderate and disrespectful. "
