"One female receptionist on duty spoiled our initial experience to the point of no return. We called ahead for early check in availability and were told that it would cost $50 per hour. We said we'd drive up and see what time we got there. We were there at ~ 1:45 pm. I asked what time we could check in and without even checking the availability she told me abruptly " Check in is at 3:00pm.!" I checked online, there were 7 identical rooms to mine vacant. "nice and clean - large room"

"It’s an older property, in the shower, the tub creaked, the door creaked, lots of sounds you can hear during the night. For low budget, it is what you’d expect."

"Awesome"

"Our room and the common spaces were clean and cozy. Breakfast was lovely and our non-dairy needs were able to be accommodated. We didn’t interact much with any staff but each process was such a breeze that we really didn’t need to. The hotel is in such a great, central location and is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and scenic spots."

"Room was clean, updated and very comfortable. The Hudson views were outstanding! The charm of the architecture was awesome with the copper metal patches on the wood plank floors. (The views are worth coming in any season, honestly)"

"Great space to comfortable fit a family of 4."

"The staff was amazing… the waterfall was blissful"

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough- from the cleanliness of the rooms, to the comfort of the beds and sitting area couch, to the delicious breakfast each morning. It has everything I needed plus some. And the staff are great!"

The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...

"Beautiful Location. Clean room, staff was very helpful. Food options where very limited."

"Needs some tlc everywhere; new bathroom fixtures that aren’t stained and scratched, old hair blower wall bracket removed, last guest’s cot removed from room , just a overall dullness"

"The breakfast could have been better."
