"I arrived early due to my phone not working and I needed WiFi to message my sister. The host was so kind to let me in and use the WiFi and drop off my bags eventhough the room wasn't redy yet. She was very friendly and they iffered free coffee and breakfast. I felt very welcomed."

"Das Frühstück war sehr gut. In unserem Bad ließ sich leider die Heizung nicht abstellen, deshalb mussten wir oft das Fenster öffnen und uns hat im Zimmer ein kleiner Tisch mit 2 Stühlen gefehlt. Wir haben uns einen zweiten Stuhl bei der Rezeption bestellt und auch bekommen. Wir waren mit dem Hotel und Service zufrieden und werden wiederkommen."

"We had a very pleasant one night stay in Douglas at The Claremont Hotel. Booking two rooms. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage at reception prior to check in. We parked our car over the road with free parking. The ocean view room was beautifully clean & tidy. The king bed was super comfy and spacious. "Nice breakfast 😋 polite staff . Carpets need modernising in room . Shower needs redoing and tv 📺 needed fixing before letting out the room . Hair dryer towels and bathroom amenities all good 👍 Kettle tea coffee bottled water and biscuits all good 👍 would have been more pleasant if staff was available more and the bar was manned in the evenings ."

"The hotel is a bit tired and the main restaurant was closed for dinner which we were not informed of when checking in. The staff were friendly and the amenities that were open were lovely. The breakfast was top notch."
