Due to city regulations we are now required to rent for 30 days or more.
FUN & UNIQUE PROPERTY; beautifully landscaped backyard equipped with a spa, fire pit, BBQ island with outdoor beer fridge, custom waterfall behind spa, outdoor living room with large TV, sound system, outdoor fireplace and mini-golf! 8 miles to Pechanga Casino & Wine Country. All bedrooms have french doors leading to the backyard. NOT YOUR BASIC vacation home, sit in the hot tub while a waterfall crashes behind you, surrounded by 40 ft tall palm trees. Light a fire, make S'MORES while you listen to music. Great place for entertaining. Play a game of corn-hole (bean bag toss), play a game of giant Yahtzee or giant Jenga. We have a game room equipped with a brand new X-Box 1S with an unlimited game pass and X-Box Gold membership. Game room also has a marble chess set, many family board games, a piano and a poker set. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare big family meals. Complimentary wine left for guests. Full size washer and drier available to use. Safety features such as carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, & a first aid kit. Gilligan’s Island was an absolutely wonderful stay. The home is beautifully appointed, with large TVs throughout and a fun game room fully stocked with board games and activities. Each bedroom having its own exterior exit and private sitting area was a great touch and added a lot of comfort and convenience. The outdoor space is fantastic as well — a perfect spot to relax after long workdays. We’ve been here for an extended period during our project and have enjoyed every bit of it. The property has truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area.Thank you, Lexy!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay. We liked that they provided so many supplies that we needed! We did have a problem with the hot tub. It did not work well and we contacted them and took a while to respond. And it never did get fixed. Kind of disappointed because that was one of the reasons we rented there.

Quiet and private outdoors

This house more than served our needs. Great location-close to grocery, restaurants and wineries. House was neat and clean and beds comfortable. Chose this because of outdoor space. This outdoor area could be fabulous-just needs some maintenance repairs on water features. Owner said they were planning to work on that. What beautiful lighting at night and the landscaping was beautiful. In the middle of city but seems like you are miles away and it is very quiet and private. We hope to come back to visit relatives in the area again.

Temecula Vacation

The property owner was very helpful and answered phone and txt. There was a large assortment of coffee pods, creamer, water and drinks in the fridge, also several condiments and freezer foods. The pantry is also stocked, many kitchen supplies. Plentiful towels and bathroom supplies, if you forgot to bring your own. The mattress on the king size bed is very comfortable. Our grandson, who is 21 months old enjoyed playing outside, mini golf and corn hole and watching the waterfalls. We grilled outside, the grill worked perfectly. AC worked perfectly and ceiling fans. There is also a variety of board games and a piano in the game room. We had a very nice time with our family, but my husband said not to plan another outing until our grandson is 5 or 6, he just wears you out! Ha! Thank you Alexy

Just what we needed!

This is a fantastic property. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us, but it can accommodate more. We really enjoyed just spending time at the house and enjoying the big back yard area. Everything about the home is comfortable. Lexy has thought of everything and she is a most generous host. She supplies so many things that most homes do not provide which was very helpful and allowed us not to haul a lot of items or have to run to the grocery all the time. She was quick to respond to email questions, and we plan to visit again. Thank you, Lexy for providing us a great escape during COVID!

Family Time

Great Communication with Lexy! When things came up she would let us know and when we had a question they were answered fast and taken care. The property was taken care of well. We were in a neighborhood and when you were inside or outside in the beautiful yard you never knew that people lived right next to you! All the many things to do outside was great! Thank you for letting us stay !

Daughters 21st B-day

Alexia was so awesome ... When we arrived the house was already for us with plenty of wine and supplies and Alexia decorated the house for my daughters 21st bday weekend. The property was a lot of fun and very clean. I would recommend this property for sure and plan on returning in the future.

Gilligan’s Island - perfect weekend getaway

Our short stay at the Gilligan Island house exceeded our expectations. The owner was very accommodating and easily available if needed. The kitchen was well stocked. There were many games and activities to keep us busy such as a putting green, corn hole, a jacuzzi and more board games than you could imagine. The house is roomy and had all the comforts of home. The back yard feels like you are in a tropical destination. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a perfect house for family and friends to gather.
