This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The luxury room, the staff is super friendly and make you feel very welcoming. Anggapopon helped us with our luggage and was ready with our to go breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

You guys this place is a must the amount of details that they go through and the staff and how polite they are is beyond. It's really what made my stay so special here I checked in for a solo trip and when I arrive late that night, they had set up a happy birthday sign on the bed that made me feel so special and they also put flowers in my outdoor bathtub I mean the details of this was just too much to not love

My wife and I had such an amazing time at the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff, omg, everyone was so kind and helpful, 10 🌟 to the staff. The food was plated beautifully, Everything we ate was delicious. I highly recommend them, it's truly an amazing experience, to stay there. Can wait to go back🇮🇩🙏

We have found our little piece of heaven. From the minute we arrived to a lovely welcome and tour of the beautiful hotel and facilities to the moment we left two weeks later it’s been outstanding in every way. Our Butler Valley Pool Villa was amazing with its own pool sitting amongst the jungle with the river running in the background was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team morning and night, they were all so friendly helpful and unobtrusive The whole hotel staff knew our names and made us feel part of a family nothing was ever too much trouble Vanara restaurant which we frequented for both breakfast and evening meals served delicious and authentic foods offering a variety of Indonesian asian and western foods, the service from the restaurant team was again second to none and attentive The spa set above the river is so serene and relaxing and provides amazing treatments to suit everyone The bars serve drinks using well known international brands and we have also discovered some lovely Bali made wines which we will be trying to source upon our return home then the UK The way the hotel has been designed and built within the natural habitat is very sympathetic and is simply beautiful despite the obvious challenge to maintain the site is kept spotlessly clean and presented immaculately We will definitely be returning to our little piece of heaven on earth

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The design is beyond beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and nature, creating such a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed. The restaurant is elegant, the rooms are beautifully decorated, and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. We truly wish we could have stayed here longer. We also loved the lovely honeymoon decorations they prepared for us—they were such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise that made our stay even more special. We would definitely love to come back!

Had a wonderful stay at Sanna Ubud. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The staff was very kind and attentive, the property is beautiful and peaceful, and the overall experience was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud.

We will be staying here again! It is a magical place! Clean, the staff is super friendly, and they are extra proactive with mosquito repellents. I dont think we got one mosquito bite but we also put repellent on. We got a decent amount when we were in Uluwatu. The food was so delicious and unique. We also did the free yoga and that is a must bc of the location of it!

I cannot say enough about this resort! The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating, the shared facilities are exquisite, the villa was perfect and the breakfasts were meticulously prepared and delicious, with so many choices! The villas are secluded and very private and had wonderful little touches. The landscape and decorative elements made you feel like you were a million miles away from everything. It was magical.

What a hidden gem. Our first trip to Bali and Ubud area. Would definitely stay at this resort again. Great for couples. Staff was so kind and welcoming. Amenities on par with any other five star resort we have stayed at. Enjoyed the welcome ceremony and drink. Room was private with comfy bed and personal plunge pool and outdoor tub
