There happened to be a large dance competition during our stay, and it really impacted some of the amenities. The pool and hot tub were completely packed, which was disappointing for our kids. "Room looked like a motel 6. Furniture was old, bathroom outdated, iron broken and water leaked all over my clothes. Lighting kept low to try to hide all the ugliness. Half way through the stay, a family with small children were put next to us. Paper thin walls and all the noise was exhausting. They need to keep families with small children on a different floor being the hotel was not full at all. On the other hand, staff was very kind and welcoming.
