"Sofia in the breakfast area, was the absolute best part of my stay. I was only there one night, but she took amazingly good care of me. She made sure I had something to eat and drink while I waited to check-in. She told me the second my room was available to check-in to and even took my bags to my room. "We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights in June 2026. The room was spacious and bright with a well appointed washroom.(There is an in-room safe which I appreciate.) Breakfasts had good choices and the hotel staff to a person were very friendly and attentive. The position of the hotel is excellent with great walkability, restaurants and access to much of what Lisbon has to offer. I would have no hesitation staying here again."

In fact, the current rate at the time of check in was between 135 and 170 euros and we paid 350!!! What a huge difference. "The hotel was in a great location easy walking to the center and sights. Breakfast was a little limited but good and regularly topped up. Our room was clean and roomy , we had a small balcony looking out the back. We enjoyed our stay"

"The hotel is ugly. Not what they show in pictures. It has a very good location but it is too pricey for what they give you. Since the first time we stepped in we asked for a refund but neither the hotel nor Expedia would take responsibility. Nevertheless, Thelma, the front desk clerk, was very helpful and changed our room for a better one but still wasn't what we paid for. I would never recommend this hotel."
