"Really enjoyed our stay, the peacocks were noisy and beautiful and we even enjoyed that! The hotel is beautiful and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful! A bit of a walk uphill if you come back with a taxi or Uber but nothing to complain about. We will be back soon!"

My son left a few beloved stuffed animals behind, and the hotel staff found them and shipped them to us at home in the USA within a week! "We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights in June 2026. The room was spacious and bright with a well appointed washroom.(There is an in-room safe which I appreciate.) Breakfasts had good choices and the hotel staff to a person were very friendly and attentive. The position of the hotel is excellent with great walkability, restaurants and access to much of what Lisbon has to offer. I would have no hesitation staying here again."

"Sofia in the breakfast area, was the absolute best part of my stay. I was only there one night, but she took amazingly good care of me. She made sure I had something to eat and drink while I waited to check-in. She told me the second my room was available to check-in to and even took my bags to my room. "It was very well located in the Baixia neighborhood! The staff was excellent! We had a minor issue at the beginning and the staff responded immediately. We had little treats every single day we were there. They also let us in the room earlier than the appointed time. The bar was great and the bartender was exceptional at the drink mixing. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend to anyone I know going to Lisbon!"

"Great central location, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. The only thing I’d mention is that the shower floor is quite slippery. I actually fell while showering. Thankfully, it wasn’t a serious fall. Other than that, the hotel is fabulous and we had a great stay."
